I was raised by humble and hardworking parents, the late Mr. M. Perumal and my beloved mother, Poongulam, who is now 80 years old. Growing up with one sister and three brothers, I learned the values of discipline, perseverance, and community early in life. My entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a passion for innovation, and an unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for others. This is a story of dreams turned into reality through dedication, vision, and perseverance.
Experience
1991 - 2003
In May 1991, I moved to Chennai to explore better opportunities. I began my career as a clerk at the Ex-Servicemen Security Bureau, thanks to a friend’s reference. Over the next 12 years, I immersed myself in every aspect of the office, mastering the nuances of the security services industry. My dedication was recognized, and I rose to the position of Manager, a role I held unit April 2003.
On May 1, 2003, I embarked on a transformative journey by founding the Ex-Servicemen Security Service alongside my wife as a partner. With an initial team of 1 staff member. Our organisation has grown exponentially over the last 21 years, now employing over 1500 personnel and achieving an annual turnover of 27 crores.
Today, we provide consultancy and advisory services to:
- 1. Indian Security Services
- 2. First and Fast Services
- 3. Bureau of Security and Maintenance Services
To meet the evolving demands of the industry and expand the reach of our expert services, I conceptualized and established the MSB Group, which now include:
- MSB Manserve Pvt. Ltd – Alandur, Chennai
- Providing Staffing Solutions, Security Services and Facility Management - MSB Academy – Manapakkam, Chennai
- Fullfledged modern academy to train emerging badminton talent.
- Computer Course Training.
- Fire Fighting, First Aid & Physical Fitness Training.
- MSB Silver Spring Resort Yelagiri - To Be Launched Shortly.
- A unique hospitality venture that distinguishes itself for service and satisfaction.
I am blessed with a wonderful family – my wife, M. Sabitha, and our daughter, M.S. Bhargavi (B.Tech, MBA), who is the Director of MSB Group. Bhargavi has further extended our vision by founding First and Fast Management Services Pvt. Ltd., an HR consultancy under the MSB Group.
